Proprietor John orignally met Karen's mother Mrs. Robinson at his graduation cermony during which he was seeking investors for his Downtown Repalone project. Taking heed to her seduction attempts, and driven by her bank balance, John ended up at her BelAir mansion.

To Mrs. Robinson's dismay, John was more facinated with her wigs, frocks, shoes, and stockings than he was with her, because they had exactly the design he had been seeking for the hostess of his new resort.

While Mrs. Robinson is no longer with us, it eventually came to pass that her daughter Karen would live and work full time at the Downtown Repalone resort, becoming the hostess, fulfilling John's dream.

Karen enjoys being dressed by John and absolutely loves to get new outfits.
