Ahhh Will and his silly Whiskey steak. Master Repalone dispises alcohol on his steak! We canned the steak, nixed the towel and kissed the cook. Will is now a guest bartender and we like him, we really really like him.

Brian likes his salad the way he likes his ladies - apparantely dry and wilted. While we assumed the oil was meant for the salad, we were pleased where it ended up. We had a ball cleaning it up. Karl admitted, "he's pretty but should be auditioning as a guest bartender and not a chef."

Lenny auditioned for guest chef by whipping up Downtown Repalone's signature Peach Cobbler. It was terrible. The cream wasn't sweet enough and the cobbler was nowhere to be found. Karl rejected Lenny and his cobblerless cream. We've shipped him over to the guest bartending department.

Torrance helped me test recipes, but he wasted too much time betting me that I couldn't do shots without holding the shotglass. He lost all the bets.

I must admit however, that Chad was my favorite of all. He couldn't mix a drink worth a damn, but he spent all of his time serving them to me naked, and that made me smile.

I was delighted with Adam's almost perfectly mixed cosmo! It just needed a tad more vodka which I got from under the bar.

Samantha (from Sex and the City) and I flipped over Smith, but he was just a little too dependant on the bottle.

Well hello there! I'm Chris, your surly bartender, and I'm happy you're interested in joining the ranks of Downtown Repalone as a guest bartender! Karl's been looking for some guest chefs too!

Guest bartending and chef slots are extremely limited, so I'd like to let you know what I look for in my guest bartenders.

Allow me to introduce some of my favorite guest bartenders & chefs, and let's see if you can meet our needs.

Generally,

I'm looking for a great mixologist. You should have a large pineapple, know the subtle differences between using lemons and limes and know how to work your shaker. (scroll down)

Of course, getting leid is a major responsibility of one of my guest bartenders. Brenton was the best using his banana, but when I moved away the blender he did make a big mess.
