  1. When was the bar built, and when did it open for guests?

    Construction on the bar began in the spring of 2004 and finished in the winter of 2005. The bar officially opened for guests on March 1, 2005.

  2. How much did the bar cost?

    The initial estimates ran at around one billions dollars. When the project was completed almost a year later the cost had increased to roughly twenty billion dollars.

  3. Is John repalone married or single?
    John is currently single and is open for dating at this time. If you want a date with Mr. Rep, please let Gregg know and he'll work out the necessary details. John likes candy & IN-N-OUT.
  4. Who are these "key holders", and how do I get to be one myself?
    The key holders are guardians of the bar and the adjoining facilities. They are a select group of people who's job it is to manage the bar and see to the guests needs whenever possible. Currently the application process is closed and Downtown RepaloneTM is not accepting any applications at this time. This may change in the future especially if you ask really, really nicely.
  5. I hear key holders receive special benefits, is this true?

    Yes, it is true. Key members enjoy certain membership benefits as outlined on the Members page.

  6. Can I reserve the bar for a private function?

    Please contact us here. We'd love to have your private functions.

  7. If I have something I'd like to donate to the bar for decoration can I do so?

    Please contact us here, or simply drop it off at the garage loading dock.

  8. Does Downtown RepaloneTM have an "A" rating from the health department?

    Downtown RepaloneTM received an "A" rating from the Los Angeles County Department of Health on June 1, 2007.

  9. Does Downtown Repalone have a signature cocktail?

    Yes, its called "key lime pie martini" and it's a favorite with guests.

  10. Will Downtown RepaloneTM have a calendar on the website so I can keep track of upcoming events?

    Yes, an informative events calendar is available on the Events page.

  11. When will the south side yard of Downtown Repalone be more integrated into the facility?

    The billion dollar remodel of the side yard is currently in the planning stages, and construction should be completed by late 2015. Although many zoning variances are required, these are being delt with by our multi-phase environmenal impact report working it's way though the bueauracracy all the way up to city council. Three lavish entertainment towers with underground parking will be added including expanded condiment gardens and a drive-in movie theatre.
